Head of Engineering at MyLegiTech, where I lead the engineering team (development, QA, infrastructure) behind a LegalTech platform for drafting and signing legal documents.

Before moving into software, I was an IT and telecom project manager on the Flamanville EPR nuclear construction site. I retrained as a developer in 2019 and joined MyLegiTech in 2022, where I went from developer to lead developer, then technical manager.

01The network2014 – 2018

Cables, racks and fiber on a nuclear construction site.

Five years designing and deploying the network infrastructure of a power plant under construction. I learned to hold a budget and a schedule, and to get an operator and a builder working together.

  1. IT & Telecom Project Manager

    2014 – 2018

    Omexom (VINCI Energies) Flamanville, France

Deployed the IT and telecom network of the Flamanville EPR nuclear plant for EDF, ran the existing systems and prepared the handover to operations.

    • Network and fiber optic architecture for a new area of the site, connected to the existing network
    • Migration of a VoIP service to a national technical center
    • Budget, schedule, works supervision, technical specifications
02The code2019 – 2022

A career change, then three stacks in three years.

Wild Code School in 2019, then Vue, Django, React Native and Node.js, for an industrial group as well as a three-person local food start-up.

  1. Full Stack Web Developer

    2020 – 2022

    Groupe TODD Caen, France

  2. Full Stack Web Developer

    2020 – 2022

    Okolo.fr Remote

Local food platform built by a team of three: online shops for producers, an app for consumers. React, React Native, Node.js, PostgreSQL.

03The team2022 – 2026

From developer to technical manager.

At MyLegiTech I first built the document drafting and e-signature modules, then led the team, then took charge of the whole platform: infrastructure, security, production releases.

  1. Technical Manager

    2025 – 2026

    MyLegiTech Louvigny, France

    • Organized production releases and release notes
    • Security audits and client security questionnaires
    • First AI agent prototypes (LangGraph, Mistral, Langfuse)
  2. Lead Developer

    2023 – 2025

    MyLegiTech Louvigny, France

04Today2026 –

A team of about 13 people, and a platform to simplify.

I run R&D at MyLegiTech and report to the CEO: organization and hiring, delivery of the roadmap and of client projects, security and availability of the platform.

  1. Head of Engineering

    Since November 2026

    MyLegiTech Louvigny, France

Engineering, QA and Infrastructure, about 13 people.

    • Team: organization, rituals, hiring, annual reviews and career paths
    • Delivery: roadmap delivery plan, estimates for client projects, trade-offs with technical debt
    • Architecture: migrating microservices to a monolith in a monorepo, AI projects, technical budget
    • Platform: coding and testing standards, major incidents and post-mortems, security and GDPR

Case study

From microservices to a monolith.

Why we are merging our NestJS services into a monolith in a monorepo, and the rules that keep it from turning back into spaghetti.
